The leasing office has been really helpful, kind and patient working with us and getting us moved in. So far my experience here at The Heming has been good because our neighbors r nice and the place is clean and safe.

elevator & trash chute issues plus unsafe parking conditions bring the rating down. overall solid modern apartment and standard for what it is.

The elevator breaks down constantly, which is incredibly inconvenient with long wait time. The repair takes too long. The coffee machine is is unreliable and low quality. It doesn't live up to what you'd expect from a place that advertises modern amenities.
The Stratis app for the elevators don't work on the garage elevators-totally inconvenient and frustrating.

Both individuals who work at the concierge desk in the short time that I have been there have been extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. It is nice that the first people you meet are so professional and friendly.
