Faraday Park is a great community! Very clean! Nice gyms. There are 2. Roof top pool. Multiple common areas, inside and out! The Bozzuto management team is great and plan various community activities! It’s also very pet friendly!

I can't say enough about this wonderful community. Such a dog-friendly place, with the trails and dog park close by. The amenities are great, with access to two gyms in each building, a rooftop pool, and plenty of places to lounge or get work done. Shane always puts together the greatest resident events.

It’s been almost year and we are still loving our apartment!
Especially the friendly neighbors, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood.
Also, we love the dog park and the dog owners community.

The staff here are excellent and helped to keep everything moving smoothly around here. There’s a wide range of amenities and the maintenance crew especially helpful if anything goes wrong.

Living at the faraday for 3.5 years now has been great. Only complaint I have is the constant increases on rates however that seems to be across the board. Staff are great and so is location.
