This is an excellent place to live. Very pet friendly. Daily trash pick up is priceless. Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff are quick, clean, and communication is clear on all work orders. Customer conveniently located to Northpoint Village, Metro and major highways.

The team in the lease office is super nice and welcomed us from the start.
The maintenance team is friendly and problems are resolved very quick.
The only thing that could be done is to replace one or two devices in the apartment with more modern ones.
We can therefore highly recommend the facility and feel at home here.

We have the best experience living here. The amenities are excellent! So close to the grocery store, bank, gas station and other shops. There are so many good restaurants around us! Our favorite are the walking path for our fur babies! We highly recommend this place to everyone ?? ??

The apartments are homey and cozy. Recent upgrades to the clubhouse, gym, and outdoor common area were big improvements. The main downside is the cost (big rent increase going into second year in this apartment). The apartments are now priced well-beyond their actual value, as they are not luxury, and ours has a lot of quirks with HVAC, electrical, and showers. That said, the maintenance team has been great in helping/trying to help with these, though none of these issues have been corrected for… the long-term. With recent upgrades, the amenity fee is now worth it (assuming it does not increase). But wish we were not forced to pay for the valet trash service, which does not pick up trash on the two nights when it would be most convenient, and given my current lifestyle, I sometimes have to bring trash to the dumpster on my own anyways. Too bad we can't opt out, and make the rent feel slightly more reasonable.
