Moved in a week ago and love the place. There were some issues with the apt and was fixed immediately. plca eis high end and residents and workers make it feel upscale

A very easy move in process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Gym is very clean. Just need the working space to be finished and furniture for the lounge and poker area and it’ll be perfect!

I have been moved in for a week, and it has felt like a solid week of vacation. From the golf simulator, the pool, and the amazing concierge staff, everything is perfect.

Great staff and beautiful atmosphere. The lobby is very elegant. The amenities are superb. Resort style pool with grills and seating. The lounge are is awesome. Also has a private poker room.

I am moving here soon but from the tour it was absolutely outstanding. The building is beautiful and very close to Lake Michigan and the art museum and placed in a strategic part of town with easy access to numerous highways.
