The leasing office and concierge went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. They checked in multiple times throughout the day to make sure i was attended too and to check if I needed anything. Also welcomed my pups to some treats!

Love the staff and the residents. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The new community room is a definite improvement. The fancy coffee machine is my favorite addition.

The moderne is the perfect area for living, especially in your 20s. It is a very classy place but feels like you are home. Also, the views are amazing!

The building is great. There should be some kind of residential board of directors that communicate about the flow of events and usage of amenities but other than that it’s a pretty cool building with amazing staff.

I love the location of The Moderne, however there always seems to be some sort of pressing issue that causes disruption to day to day life (fire alarms, broken elevator, broken garbage chute). I also think that with the amount paid for rent, there could be more amenities (vending machine?)
