The office staff is fabulous, however maintenance is slow in responding and sometimes not at all. Recent example when the windows were being cleaned the supervisor realized that the small window in the master bedroom doesn't open so he told me to open a maintenance ticket which I did and nothing ever happened.

We love this place . our experience with the location amenities and neighborhood have been great our Neighbours look so friendly. Anthony was great with all our move in and helping with all our queries.
i will defiantly recommend my friends to move in here too to experience this wonderful place.

Good unit (2 bed, 2 bath), ceiling a bit thin with all the foot steps and could use more carpeting. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Shower and tub could be larger, but tats just me. Parking garage is nice. Surrounding area is nice.

I recently moved into Emerald Row, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained — everything feels fresh and new, from the finishes inside the unit to the common areas throughout the building. You can tell the management puts real effort into keeping the place looking top-notch.
Unfortunately, on my first day here, there was a small incident while I was moving in — a piece of the building was accidentally damaged... while unloading. It was definitely not how I imagined starting my new chapter, but I immediately reported it, and management was understanding and responsive.
Aside from that, everything else has been great. The building is quiet, the amenities are impressive, and the overall vibe of the community is welcoming. I’m glad I chose Emerald Row — it already feels like home.
