The parking situation pretty much ruins the experience totally. Try carrying in your groceries from a block away. Garbage dumped behind the apartment. Carpet was filthy on move-in. Endless little extra charges. AC unit just roars so that you can't hear a conversation. First floor apartment, yet have to walk up stairs to get to it, can you even imagine.

I have lived at this beautiful property for 25 years and love living here. The size, location and amenities I am offered in my unit are second to none. I enjoy the spaciousness of the unit along with the spectacular views. I enjoy the space afforded to me in the outside storage room, the coat closet, the pantry, the linen closet and the HUGE closet in the bedroom. I am extremely satisfied with the caring and responsiveness to my needs from the front-office staff, Nicole, Charlene and Rachel.... I am also very appreciative of the high level of maintenance services from the team, especially from Jeremy. The location of the complex is second to none! The hiking trails are plentiful and within 5 miles of the complex I have access to every retail/professional site I need to access. Needless to say, I plan to live here for many more years to come!
