Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
