I've consistently faced problems at this complex
, including leaking roofs, incomplete maintenance requests ,rodent issues, and, most recently, encountering rude and condescending front office staff. The overall customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experiences, I cannot recommend moving here.

This complex is extremely noisy. The office staff member Kiara, rarely answers the phone and when she does answer, she does absolutely nothing about a noise complaint. My family has been here less than two months and we cannot wait to leave. It's so sad that such a beautiful complex is run into the ground because of terrible service.

I have lived here since April 1ST and so far so good. Troy was our leasing agent and was very nice throughout the process. Upon moving in there were things needing addressing and the Maintenance here "Roberto" is out of this world! He goes above and beyond, its MUCH APPRECIATED! I love that I'm the FIRST to live in my apartment, it is an extra special touch. We just had a get together (Meet and greet) a variety of imported b8eer was provided and Troy was so kind to host the event. ... There has been others, and baskets made by Angelica the Manager for special Holidays. They go the extra mile. They have gone a "real extra mile" in case, and I'm very grateful. I hope this same sort of enthusiasm stays, even increases after COVID19 gets under control. This only makes a happy community. ......There's so much more but I'm not ready to write a book lol. Just love my place, just hope rent doesn't go up much or my force us to find another place unfortunately. But nonetheless EVERYONE has been wonderful here at ACERO CooleyStation Apartments; Troy, Reggie, Angelica, and Roberto! You guys are AWESOME!

I love the location. From the 60 or the 202, close to the santan mall, close to gas station, close to groceries on power!!
The unit, I am in, is great. The pool is always clean.

Resident here @ Acero Cooley Station for 2 weeks now. This place is amazing! Quality construction, true luxury amenities, and professional staff. IDM owns and manages this community which is great for residents. This means the community will always be cared for and properly maintained. Hope this review helps you! If you end up moving here I will see you at the pool! ????
