Beware when you move out
I lived at Acero Eastmark in 2 different units and had problems with opaque move-out policies both times. I was charged for vendor “professional cleaning” without clear, written standards upfront, and an early-morning move-out inspection they offered wasn’t even set up in their system, costing me work time. I escalated twice to IDM leadership: once I got a refund but no follow-through on my request for policy clarification, and the second time I paid the full $241.03, raised concerns about... transparency, and was met with a delegated, canned response and then silence. The only bright spot was the maintenance supervisor, who was honest and helpful. I won’t rent from IDM again, and I’d tell anyone considering this place to read the critical reviews closely before signing.
