There is no picnic area. No pool over half the time

No property management on site. They didn't replace our air filter or clean the place before we moved in. The sink is stained! Walls have holes vents have been broken since we moved in. Every time someone moves we get bugs and were told we had to pay for it. I will be sending the bill in.
