When I first moved in, the property was under a different management company, which was excellent. Gina and James, who managed the office, were incredibly responsive and personable, making the community feel like an extension of home.

Upon moving in, the building was new, and there were some initial issues, such as a lack of AC, no hot water for two days, and other post-construction fixes. These were addressed swiftly, and the management team provided a temporary apartment, a $500 gift card for… the inconvenience, and overall exceptional service.

I also experienced significant noise issues from my upstairs neighbors, which disrupted my peace. The office worked to mitigate this problem and even offered a complimentary unit transfer, as it affected several residents. However, the management company changed in late December, with minimal communication about the transition.

In January, while checking on my unit transfer status, I encountered Keely for the first time. Her unhelpful and unfriendly demeanor was disappointing. Thankfully, a leasing leader resolved my issue, but the new management's fees were high, and they were less accommodating and harder to contact.

The new unit had several unresolved issues (still present), like a loose front door knob, marked baseboards, stained cabinetry, and a stripped tub. The new management even refused to have maintenance change the shower head, providing a tool for me to do it instead.

Regarding community amenities, the pool is beautiful, but the bathrooms are poorly maintained on weekends, often lacking toilet paper. The hot tub heating issues were eventually fixed, and a bird problem was resolved. However, the trash and landscaping services are noisy, starting as early as 8 a.m., and the new management's reduced office hours and poor responsiveness are frustrating.

Despite the convenient location near the interstate and Tempe, the current management team is subpar compared to the previous one. It feels like they lack passion for their work. I had to break my lease due to a personal matter and move back to Florida. It took five days to get a response, and Keely's lack of empathy both in person and via email was disheartening. Her handling of the termination fee situation was especially insensitive, and she has continued to be short and less than helpful, often speaking over me in conversation.
