Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If a party occurs, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. Unauthorized guests are not allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Regular pest control is conducted, but due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, occasional small bugs may be noticed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in a state that necessitates extra cleaning.
