It's OK.

Depending on who the manager is (2 in 5 1/2 yrs) will decide what type of 'help if any' you'll receive if needed. Maintance is awful. I waited '6 months' for a off cabinet door to be fixed (holes for screws was too large) & 3 patio blinds were broken leaving me no privacy from street view (these blinds break very easily). They do have events every now & then (Sonia is the best!). Wal Mart & 24 hr. WalGreens are within a block away & if needed a bus stop is 1/4 block away. All in all it is a OK... place to live but @ times I consider going back to my husband!
