Pet & Animal Policy
An upfront Pet Administration Fee is charged for each Pet. $400 for the 1st pet; $250 for each additional pet.
Tanked, caged or animals kept in an enclosure will be charged $250 per enclosure. Examples include fish in tanks, birds in cages and lizards kept in an enclosure.
Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the “Paw Score” risk level assessed by Fees are charged in advance and payable directly to PURE PM as follows:
A Paw Rating of 3 or higher = $30 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 2 = $50 per month, per pet
A Paw Rating of 1 = $80 per month, per pet
Pets not covered by screening are treated as a Paw rating of 3, at a minimum.
