Unresponsive management, central HVAC system doesn't cool apartment, delayed maintenance
The property is overpriced. The previous staff were professional and helpful, but the current management and staff are rude and unresponsive.
The biggest issue is the central HVAC system. During the summer, the apartment becomes extremely hot, making it uncomfortable and sometimes unbearable to stay inside. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests because the AC does not cool the apartment properly. Each time, maintenance simply tells me the system is old and that there is nothing they... can do. Meanwhile, their office is always comfortably air-conditioned, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
Maintenance service is also very poor. Work orders are frequently marked as "completed" even though no actual repairs have been made.
What is especially disappointing is that we live in a renovated apartment and still experience these problems. On top of that, residents are charged over $200 per month for this HVAC system, despite its poor performance. For the rent being charged, I expected much better service, maintenance, and living conditions.
