We really like this complex but we had major issues upon move in. We weren’t able to move in until 5:00p on our move in date due to cleaners and they needed to replace the carpet, which wasn’t realized until we showed up at 12:00p (when we confirmed we were good to move it). When we arrived at 5:00p our FOBs weren’t programmed and did not have access to the portal to submit work orders, which we had several to submit.
However, the leasing agent we worked with was very kind and we were... refunded our move in day amount and were compensated $500 for the inconvenience. And luckily we were moving from a local place, not out of state. We were also mistakenly charged $4800 after being promised 6 weeks free, which we weren’t able to stop because we had automatic payments set up. Still working on resolving.
We’ve been in the apartment for a week and love a lot about it. We are hoping things improve!
