This issue has been ongoing for over seven months and is materially interfering with our health and well-being due to the persistent smoke entering our apartment.

We have reported this repeatedly during this time, and no effective action has been taken to resolve the situation. The continued exposure to smoke is unacceptable and is impacting our ability to safely live in our home.

Instead of addressing the smoking violations, the focus has been placed on adding my husband to the lease. These... are separate issues. It is your responsibility to enforce the lease and community rules, including the non-smoking policy.

It is also concerning that other apparent lease violations, such as excessive occupants in neighboring units, are not being addressed, while our repeated complaints continue to be ignored.

Given that this has been ongoing for seven months, we are requesting immediate and documented action to resolve the issue. If this is not addressed promptly, we will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the health department, and other appropriate agencies, as well as documenting this publicly through reviews.

Unless you work for the office it's hard to enjoy living there. You can't have plants or lights on your patio. There is a waiting list to get a garage. Unless you work for the office then you can have two! There is a no smoking rule which I understand 100% but again...Unless you work for the office. It's uncomfortable knowing your always being watched by the people who work and live there.

I have lived here since May 2019 and it is now October. I have thing start have been wrong with my apartment since the day I moved in and the office truly does not care. I have tried speaking to them, writing letters, emailing them. They will not do any of the needed repairs.
Neighbors put in requests and with in 2 days tops their issues are fixed even if it is something very small and low priority. I have parts of my apartment falling apart and hurting my kids and they refuse to do anything... about it. I have non functional appliances , they do not care.

So I am sharing this will everyone on every website I can find to review them so there families know what they are getting into. If you are okay with your apartment (that is supposed to be brand new) falling apart and never getting anyone o fix it then cool you can save some money by living here but if you want a well built apartment that does not fall apart and a team of people who care about more then taking your money... , only been there 6 months , was ok until people moved upstairs and their washer started leaking into my kitchen/laundry room , they tore up my laundry room and put a hugh fan that sounded as loud as an airplane no kidding , even if I went in my room and shut the door it was still too loud , the fan blew all kinds of air and had a smell , I have asthma and other health issues so was forced to leave the apt , they would not accommodate in any way and were just plain rude , don’t recommend these... places , they are brand new not 40 years old no reason to have issues already . I wish I could give no stars...my boyfriend and I came into Copper Stone MONTHS in advance to apply for an apartment we were interested in. We applied and they told us we wouldn’t be approved for about 2 weeks. This was pushing it but we waited for 3 weeks and gave them a call and they told us they couldn’t find us in their system...after hassling them they finally found us and told us they couldn’t verify our rental history and left us a voicemail and never heard back. We had no call from them... or no record of any voicemails. This place is poorly managed and everyone who works here is no help at all. We ignored all red flags and I highly recommend finding a better place to live. Read More
