Love it here! The units are so beautiful and the management is great. I've been here for almost three years and I have loved it the entire time. My only suggestion for improvement is having more long term solutions for maintenance fixes within the units

Great experience here at Novel. Maintenance is always quick and ready to fix anything. The leasing staff are super friendly and helpful. And of course the best concierges and desk staff in all of DC! The amenities are second to none and the location is great.

Overall, things are going well. However, there are a few areas where I’d like to see some improvements:
First-floor carpet – The carpet on the first floor has a strong odor that smells like dogs. It's quite unpleasant, especially since I live on that floor.
Garage door repairs – When issues arise with the garage door, the response time for repairs tends to be very slow. This raises concerns about the safety and security of my vehicle.
Parking control – The lack of enforcement for parking in... front of the building is frustrating. Delivery drivers and other vehicles frequently park illegally, creating a bottleneck and making it difficult to get in and out of the property at times.
