So far I’ve been loving my apartment community. It’s very convenient & I’ve haven’t had any major problems since living here ! Most of all I LOVE my apartment unit . I have the BEST view :)

Really Great location.lots of stuff nearby. The amenities are nice and the building management is helpful.the random Fire alarms however are very annoying.

This complex is alright. The apartment is pretty expensive for what you get. The hallways are pretty dirty and the doors are banged up, which I assume is from people moving things and crashing it into the doors and walls. The golf simulator has not been fixed since I’ve moved in a month ago. The doors around the complex do not always close correctly, leaving the locks useless. The key scanners sometimes go out or stop working and it makes it difficult to enter or leave the building. There is a... lot of construction around the place but I appreciate the constant updates about it and how the work is fairly quiet and there is good signage. The walls are fairly thin so I hear my next door neighbors often. I will say the maintenance team does good, quick work. The Wi-Fi they offer is fast and I haven’t experienced it going out yet. The fire alarms have gone off twice in a month. The apartment is in a great location, easy access to Costco and surrounding restaurants/stores.

The building location is wonderful, plenty of options for food and groceries.
They also have a lot of fun events in and around the neighborhood.
The leasing staff is friendly and is on top with communication and alerts.
