I've really enjoyed the past two years here. Everyone is so friendly at the leasing office and the maintenance workers respond very quickly and get everything fixed right away. The neighborhood is pretty chill too. There haven't been in major problems since I've been here.

I have had no real issues living here. I have been here for over 11 years. It's the only cheapest places to live that is close to the city. It's not the newest on the block. But, you make your house home with how you keep it up inside and out. It can continue to be a nice place to live if everyone cares as much as the next neighbor. It is quiet and nobody bothers you. I have built a relationship with the leasing office staff and get what I need when I need it.

Love my new home so comfortable and spaced out and very peaceful, I also love how the trash is right outside nd the maintenance is great they came right away would definitely recommend also budget friendly!!

The community feels peaceful, my apartment was clean and move-in ready, and the environment is secure and quiet, just what I needed. I'm still settling in, but I look forward to getting to enjoying all the amenities this place has to offer

The move was a pleasant one from the staff to the eas of working around my work schedule the office being open until 6pm and open on Saturdays really helps us out that work 9-5s I highly recommend regency park
