I moved into The Emory of Altoona six months ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision. My beautiful, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath apartment has exceeded my expectations.
The management and maintenance teams are truly top-notch—responsive, professional, and always willing to help. One of the main reasons I chose The Emory was its excellent location, the beautiful floor plans, large patio space, and the many amenities available to residents. And yes, I am definitely taking advantage of the... swimming pool!
The neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the quiet, peaceful environment that makes this community feel like home. I highly recommend The Emory to anyone looking for quality apartment living in Altoona.

The maintenance department is outstanding. Could not get this much responsive attention anywhere else! I like the regular cleaning of the door windows and carpets. I would like to see some window washing annually of the exterior, high, unreachable windows.

I Love it so far! Quiet, clean, and friendly. The patio made it so convenient for me to move most of my stuff on my own and we can't wait to enjoy the pool. The office staff is amazing!
