I did not love living here, and I did not have the best experience with the office either, while transferring units from the top to the bottom floor before getting surgery.

Overall very nice accommodations and space

Friendly staff and helpful maintenance

There are extra fees that are added onto monthly rent, such as insurance and a convenience fee, but those can be taken off with work

I love prairie pointe. My roommate, neighbors and everyone else I’ve met are super friendly. Sometimes it can be noisy but nothing to bad or bothersome to me!

I can't really complain, I guess. No issues with the staff or anything like that. But, college kids are college kids, so it's not always sunshine and rainbows(and that just may be the old soul in me)

It's just okay. Appliances aren't great. Two of our stovetop burners start on fire every time they're used, the dishwasher is practically useless and won't clean or even dissolve the pod. Maintenance isn't much help at all, so my boyfriend ends up having to fix everything. The gym is pretty bare, wish they'd get more equipment. Fun activities sometimes though!
