Nice place to live. Spacious. There are nice people in this community. I went through a separation with my spouse and everyone was so helpful and supportive in helping me get moved in!

I enjoy living in tradition point, there aren’t a lot of college kids partying or kids running around the parking lot. It’s fairly chill. There’s a nice walking path in back. It’s close to several shops. My daughter’s daycare is right up the road - along with our doctors. When there’s a maintenance problem they are pretty responsive. There are a lot of birds on the property and they leave a lot of mess on your patio - so it would be nice if they offered to power wash the deck every so often.

I Love Tradition Pointe apartments and they have underground parking wich is very convenient. Apartments are Super nice an location to the District is just perfect.

I must say that the friendliness of the staff, has gotten SO much better in the last few months. Very impressed! I used to hate to call in because I felt I was burdening them, but that has really changed!

Living here for 5 years it was a good apartment complex. With a few issues that got resolved over the years it turned out to be a very nice place to rent. Very reasonable for the style of apartment and the amount of bed/bath space. Landlords responded to issues that arise in a timely manner and always let us residents know if things would be changing. Loved our time here and hope the next residents do as well.
