Since I moved in things have changed a lot. The dog bins don’t get emptied regularly, dogs pooping everywhere and not being picked up, loud residents and ore strange cars parking in the lot. I still enjoy how quiet it is but it isn’t like it was when I moved. There is numerous strange vehicles constantly coming and going at all times of the night. The units haven’t been updated but our rent keeps going up. I really like it here but with rent increasing every year with no updates to the units... it has me really thinking a place with similar rent, newer and more amenities to offer. Which isn’t what I would want to do.
