Management (chad) has done a fantastic job and taking over the day-to-day operations. The services to remedies and problems inside of the apartment could be done in a more timely manner. Also the removal of gym equipment inside of the gym without speaking to the residence is unacceptable as we pay a significant amount of money to have the gym and have these amenities. also, if you advertise that there’s a pool here there should be a pool here. As there are plenty of spaces and plenty of room to... provide such a thing and I don’t know what you’re talking about when you ask about bicycling trails as there are none that I can see. You can’t even really walk into the woods as the people who do the manicuring of the properties pile everything up at the edges, making it virtually impossible to walk through the woods and enjoy them. it also would be great to see the weights returned to the gym that are missing and the peloton back as it was being utilized on a regular basis and then taken away without warning. Also, the cable television does not work inside of the gym area and there’s no music inside of their all either.
