Arrive Inner Harbor

In the 3 years we lived at Arrive, there were pros and cons.
Pros:
- Our unit itself was great: lots of built-in storage, amazing views, and modern appliances.
- The building and shared spaces, like the business center and sky lounge, were gorgeous, well decorated, and comfortable.
- The concierges were friendly and helpful.
Cons:
- There used to be regular resident events, like pool parties, but toward the end of our time there, those events pretty much disappeared.
- Even though we paid an... amenity fee, many originally free amenities (like coffee and printing) were transitioned to a "nickel and dime" approach.
- The fire alarm was set off constantly by residents cooking or smoking and was deafeningly loud.
- The cost of utilities was high relative to units of a similar size in the neighborhood.
- Many of the elevator doors had persistent high-pitched screeching that was not fixed even though we brought it up to management several times. We likely suffered hearing damage from this. Read More

I love it here thus far. The space is small. But amenities big!! Every need, question or concern has been answered. My experience with the management team has been no short of amazing. Literally they have made the experience unbelievable.

It’s okay. It could be better.
overpriced for the simple things they provide. I moved to a more expensive apt that is in a worse shape than the one I was at.
They need to take care of the gym and add water daily.

So amazing ever since the first moment when i stepped foot in the building. Everyone so nice and organized , i love that i made the choice to move into this complex.

Great apartment with awesome amenities—clean spaces, great gym, pool, and lounge areas. Comfortable living and a welcoming community vibe! The views are amazing if downtown Baltimore!
