We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your unit with its built-in storage, amazing views, and modern... appliances, and that you found our building and shared spaces like the business center and sky lounge to be gorgeous, well-decorated, and comfortable. We also appreciate you mentioning the friendliness and helpfulness of our concierges.

We are truly sorry to hear about the aspects of your residency that fell short of your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the decrease in resident events, as we aim to foster a vibrant community for all our residents. Your feedback about the transition of some amenities from free to a fee-based model, especially when an amenity fee is paid, is also noted, and we apologize for any frustration this caused.

The recurring fire alarm issues due to resident actions are a significant concern, and we sincerely regret the disturbance and distress this caused you. We are also sorry that the persistent high-pitched screeching from the elevator doors was not resolved despite your multiple reports, and we deeply regret any discomfort or potential hearing issues this may have contributed to.
