Disappointed
Started off on a bad note when at my move in time the one person in the office was on her lunch break at my scheduled time of 3:30. Continued bad taste with how poorly cleaned the apartment was. There have been continuous issues with the two elevators to the point where 50% of the time over 6 months only 1 is operational and about 25% of the time neither is. This is quite the nuisance on the top floor as it’s five flights of stairs to carry groceries and such up. They continuously blame the... elevator company and refuse to provide any compensation to remedy the issue. The apartment is mediocre and the sound insulation is poor. The only reframing quality is the location. Great neighborhood. Not worth the price for the poor service.
