Consistently Professional

In the 8 years I've lived here at Verde, the maintenance team has been consistently professional, courteous, and very quick to respond. More importantly, the team is proactive in making sure maintenance issue goes unresolved. They periodically schedule appointments to come by and xcjeck to make sure there are no maintenance issues. Most recently, I pointed a closet door that was closing properly and it was fixed on the spot. I cannot say enough great things about my positive experiences with… the Verde maintenance personnel.

Maintenance Team

The maintenance team here has been consistently responsive and professional every time I've submitted a request. They're always courteous and focused on resolving issues efficiently, and it's clear they care about the community and take pride in their work. On a recent hot day, my A/C wasn't working properly, so I submitted a maintenance request. Christopher responded, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain what he'd done before he left. I really appreciate the team's reliability and… dedication to keep everything running smoothly.
