Maintenance Team

The maintenance team here has been consistently responsive and professional every time I've submitted a request. They're always courteous and focused on resolving issues efficiently, and it's clear they care about the community and take pride in their work. On a recent hot day, my A/C wasn't working properly, so I submitted a maintenance request. Christopher responded, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain what he'd done before he left. I really appreciate the team's reliability and... dedication to keep everything running smoothly.

New Experience Going Well!

I moved into a two bedroom, two bath unit less than a month ago, but so far everything has been superb. The management team was incredibly helpful during my application and move-in process. After initial inspection uncovered minor things that needed adjustment, the maintenance team responded within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and within two days all the repairs were complete. Neighbors in the building have been warm and welcoming. The building is clean and quiet. I really couldn’t ask... for much more. I only reduced the rating by one star because I would have preferred hardwood or tile flooring throughout the unit and a different type of paint used in the high traffic areas., But these are minor things. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.
