I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our approval process. Our approval process takes a minimum of 24-72 business hours and can be longer at times depending on the findings of the approval process. Our... office was closed for the Labor Day holiday, which means that the cancellation of your application occurred roughly 48 business hours after your application was submitted. Our approval process and qualification guidelines are applied to every person who applies to our community, and I understand the frustration that can be experienced when you are not approved in your expected timeframe.

With regard to our holding fee, I have started the process to return your holding fee to you. The process can take as few as 5 business days but is dependent upon the banks, so our team says 7-10 business days just to be certain that your funds have been received, barring any hang-ups in the process.
