Maintenance, Flys, and Garbage
Flys were and are still currently are as of this review 5/2026, swarming around the hallway of our apartment and coming into our apartment rooms. Called Maintenance three times and will continue to call until the issue is full resolved and there are no more flys, they said they came but the issue is still present flys all over the hallway. Also although the vallet garbage service is nice, the uncertainty of when within the two hour window they pick up the garbage from the hallway and residents... not following the guidelines for trash removal has most definitely created this issue and nothing is being done to hold the service and residents accountable for making a mess that has lead to these flys. Many residents also have left garbage intending to “give out” items on decoration furniture that sits in the lobby but it always compounds the problem. The managers have sent emails as concerns but have done nothing to keep these residents accountable and throw out the items residents leave out. The lack of efforts on maintaining cleanliness for these “luxury” apartments is quite a concern and very sad because the staff is genuinely nice and helpful when communicating with them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the fly activity within the hallway area. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain.
As soon as our team was... made aware of the issue, maintenance responded after hours and treated the matter as an emergency in an effort to address the concern as quickly as possible. While we understand your frustration, we had not received any additional reports indicating the issue remained ongoing following our initial response, and we always encourage residents to continue reporting active concerns directly to the office so we can take immediate action and properly document the situation.
Regarding valet trash, the service operates throughout the entire community and services all 356 apartment homes on a scheduled route. Residents are provided with the designated collection days and timeframes in advance, however, due to the size of the community, there is naturally a collection window while the vendor completes pickups throughout the property. We do continue to remind residents of proper trash disposal procedures and community guidelines, including ensuring trash is properly contained and removing personal items from common areas.
We appreciate your feedback and your acknowledgment of our staff. Providing a clean and comfortable environment for our residents remains a top priority, and we will continue monitoring the area and addressing concerns as they are reported.
