Noise has been iffy. Maintenance can sometimes be a LITTLE slow, but we understand there are others they may need to get to first. Everything else has been perfect :)

This is a great community with many amenities , quiet for the most part and I just renewed my lease this will be my second year.
The maintenance guys are great and anytime I have had a problem they are here to fix it.

My 2 1/2 years here have been largely fantastic. The management change was very much appreciated. George and his maintenance team are particulary professional, and he always has a kind word or chat to share. Snow removal wasn't the best and there have been some summer pool issues, hence the removal of one star. Overall, highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, Maintenance is quick depending on what it is…plow trucks this winter could’ve done a much better job at removing the snow in the residential parking spaces though!
