ReNew Nottingham Apartments

: After 18 months, We have moved. This land lord will rip you off of all your deposit and ask you to pay more. They just sent me a bill of $2200 simply because we have that much with them. We left that apartment almost new and they are billing me 1800 for wall repairs. Nothing happened to the wall ( you won’t even think I lived there with kids) . $200 for tile work (that bathroom is as good as new. It is even cleaner than I met it) $200 for carpet replacement ( there’s absolutely nothing wrong... with the carpet we left there). We have videos to prove all of these. No wonder I called them several times to come for the inspection while I was there and they refused to. Meanwhile we were told they will come for inspection days before we leave. I called them, sent them an email and even went into the office but Talisen told me they wouldn’t inspect unless after I move out. We literally left that apartment squeaky clean. After I had just moved in I started seeing some cracks on the wall and called them immediately to come and check because we were scared. Maintenance came and told me it was normal because the building moves so that’s ok and assured us that nothing was going to happen. Is that what we are ending up paying for? Again, there is a work order to prove that.I really intend to pursue this because this is just broad day robbery. $2200+ of our hard earned money…. We never owed you for a second Read More

I moved in and my place had no microwave. I was told it would arrive on a few days. I have called the office and they say they are going to call me back and never do

It was great when I first moved in almost two yrs ago now the staff is just rude and issues are mainly not solved ??????? u have to do most thing in your own…. But the ppl in the community is great

The community is quiet the leasing office was very helpful Monet answered all the questions I had.. the apartment was nice..if there was any problems I informed them.. they hopped right on it.. I also was informed of any problems that would be fixed before moving in.. I like the apartment so far.
