Sometimes maintenance response can be inconsistent based on my experience within the last 2 years. The laundry room sink continues to over flow since the laundry room was renovated by ReNew.

"I've been living here for over half of year and am extremely happy with my choice. The apartment is spacious, well-designed, and has plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, with easy access to parks and grocery stores. The management team is always responsive and efficient, promptly fixing any maintenance issues.
