Great apartments

Disappointing

We moved here in 2019 expecting a quiet and peaceful setting. At first everything seemed great, especially the maintenance staff who quickly made any needed repairs. But then there was a homicide in July 2020 and as far as I know no one was ever arrested. Management said nothing. Then in October 2021 there was a shooting during an argument in the parking lot and a woman was shot through the wall of her apartment. It turned out shooter lived at Riverscape and had a long arrest record. Management… again said nothing regarding security of the building. I have since learned of other incidents with the police/arrests here and no longer feel it is safe to live here. Many people have been moving out of the complex since this last shooting and as soon as I can, I plan to join them.

Love Living Here!

We love living here! The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are amazing. Everyone in the front office is super friendly and helpful. So far we are very ahppy with our experience living here and plan to stay for a long time
