The management here are kind and responsive. My move in was overall smooth. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of loud music from upstairs one night. I’m giving 4 stars because of the amount of insects I have seen in the unit since being here 1 week. When pest control sprayed for insects it helped for 2 days, now I see them daily again. Hopefully, with pest control coming once a week daily I will see improvement.

I love how spacious my unit is. I’m able to have plenty of space with my all my big furniture. The apartment complex is right in the center of everything in the community. Near the subway station, bus stops, retail stores, and a variety of supermarkets.

Several things have not been repaired. Maintenance came into apartment when I was out of town without my knowledge and left my lights on. Office do not respond to request

It's a very neat and quiet environment. I like the fact that the air is not polluted. It is clean and pure.
The neighbors are friendly. The parking space is wide enough that whatever time you arrive, you can still get a spot to park. I feel at peace in this neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood and feel safe living here. People are vetted well, no robberies or carjacks and people seem nice and friendly. Definitely recommend. Rent runs higher than expected
