Do not live here

This building has too many units and not enough management. Super thin walls and domestic fights made sleeping difficult at night & being under a remodel for the last two years (jackhammering & drilling all day) made the days miserable. They shut off the water at least once a week for “maintenance reasons,” sometimes with no warning. Just very poor communication from management. The location and price is great, but it’s not worth it for all of the chaos that goes on there.

Rose Manor Review

This building is very close to public transport, as well as right off Eat Street. It's also located just a quick walk away from a nice park and the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The apartment I have is pretty spacious for a one bedroom, although it's a bit of a tight fit for a couple. Lots of windows and natural light, especially in the morning. There is a bit of a mold problem during the winter though, as the apartments don't have proper ventilation and the windows tend to freeze shut, trapping... humidity. I would imagine this could be helped with a dehumidifier though. All in all a quiet building to live in, with a friendly manager and a great location.
