The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the premises, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
