1425 LaSalle

For a studio it's fairly spacious, but there is no addition storage area to use in the building, which is a bit unfortunate.
Building manager is friendly and efficient. Any issues I've had have been resolved pretty quickly, within a week at the latest.
I'm on the first floor on the street side so the street can be a bit noisy, but usually not horrible. The building add is always completely quiet.
The worst thing about this apartment is parking. The lot has limited spaces so if one is not...
available when you move in you may be waiting a while, and street parking, while not terrible, can be a pain when there are events going on. They also are pretty strict about ticketing and will tow (be wary of parking near alley/driveway entrances.
Over all I've had a very good experience living here, and would recommend it, especially if you don't have a car, but even if you do.
