Year Four! We are so excited to start Year Four at Coachman Trails! Clean and quiet building; Friendly & helpful staff!

Good response to my requirement. The office are very efficent everytime, I received a solution for my problem, but i hope that the accesing equipment at the front door of my building begin to work as the beggining.

Quick and Efficient! Put in a request to take the covers off our air conditioners, and it was done next day! Thank you, Coachman Trails!

Maintanance The guys and gals are right on the button, always looking out for their renters. The best!

I wont recommend these apartments to anyone.
We have stayed three years here. We always face water leaking issues in bedroom, bathrooms, dressing room etc.
Not only in the apartment, you will see water leaking on stairs, garage and storage locker etc.
Our neighbors also moved out from the apartment due to water leak issues.
Window doors are not at all good. Lot of bugs used to come inside the home through the windows, patio doors. We never used patio in three years due to bugs.
Our laptop and... dresses got damaged due to dirty water leakage from the roofs.
Maintenance was very poor. We have given complaint to apply paint on the roofs wherever water leak happened. They never did that.
All walls turns to black in the winter due to condensation inside the walls.
Water is leaking from the sink to cabinets. When we gave complaint, maintenance guy told us we don't have enough gum to fix the water leaking issue. You can purchase the gum in Walmart and you can fix your self.

Finally, management charged to us $2900 for roof painting for water leaks and condensation issues, water leaks to the cabinets from the sink.
