I have never lived in a community as supportive as this. The staff is friendly and caring as well as responsive to concerns . The facility is wonderful and amenities constantly being enhanced

I’ve had a great experience living at Heritage on the Merrimack. The property is well-maintained, the buildings are clean, and the common areas are kept in excellent condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which has made day-to-day living easy and stress-free.
The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the community a comfortable place to live. Communication is clear, and any questions or concerns are addressed promptly.
The... location is another major plus—convenient to local shops, restaurants, and major roads, while still feeling quiet and private. Parking is reliable, and the amenities are exactly what you’d hope for in a modern apartment community.
Overall, this has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-run place to call home.

The staff is the best part of Heritage on the Merrimack. The location can't be beat. Near everything yet feels like you are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The trail along the river is ideal if you have a dog, which the complex is completely dog friendly!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great neighbors and peaceful community. I love the upgrades that were done to the pool an the landscaping. It is very beautiful.

I love living here! The property is beautiful, it's quiet, and the amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) are perfect. The units are very nice, modern, and comfortable as well!
