Great with maintenance of the units, landscaping, and amenities. Very responsive staff that is very helpful in assisting to handle any of your needs in a smooth and timely manner

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here at the Heritage on the Merrimack apartments. The community feels safe. The apartments are great. Maintenance is always helpful. My only complaints would be the prices are too high and the covered parking fee just went up for seemingly no reason. There were no improvements made to the spaces so I don’t understand why they are randomly charging an additional $15 per spot. It was worth it at $50 a month but with my husband an I having two cars, paying $150... instead of $100 just seems kind of ridiculous just to be able to park our cars under the covers. Other than that though I do really love this place and definitely plan on staying for a while longer. :)

I am about sign Renee my lease. I have lived on the community 10 years. Donna at the office is excellent. She is a people 1st person. Mike is maintenance is always helpful to fix things.

The club house is beautiful but it would be nice if they put that money into the apartments as was told when we first moved in. Still wain g on new blinds that I was told I would have within the first few months of me moving in along with new painted hallways with new carpet in halls and new outside. The recycling is always a mess. Trash everywhere.

It is a fairly nice complex. However, the new ownership seems to go for the lowest bidder on most jobs. For example; the paving was done in October (cheaper time) and now it looks like the property hasn’t been re-paved in years. A few things have had bandaids put on instead of being replaced, ie; a rusted out fence gets painted over. Not sure if this is budget related but it seems like the pool filters are never on during the day.

The on-site staff is very nice, although it seems the new... ownership doesn’t support them the way they should. Maintenance is generally quick to respond to work orders. The landscapers seemed to be directed to do things they normally don’t take care of just for pictures/videos of the property.

For the most part it is a quiet living space. If you have neighbors that slam doors it gets a little loud. Vacuums can be heard right through the floor/ceiling above you.

Overall, I think 3/5 is more than fair for the current operations here.
