Management was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions. The one issue was either myself or my roommate would copy each other on emails for visibility but management would never “reply all”, and only reply to one of us. This created a lot of unnecessary back and forth for us that could have been saved from a simple reply all.
For an apartment complex that advertises as luxury community, all of the luxury is in the community not in the apartment buildings themselves. The... apartment building is older, the front door has chipped paint, and is not clean. I will mention in my bathroom under the sink has extreme water damage/ water marks, the hardwood and carpet has paint splatters all over it. These are things that I would have noticed if I would have been able to tour the unit prior to applying. Now, I am not saying that would have changed my decision but it would have been nice to know before, rather than picking up my keys and seeing it on my first day of the lease.
