The apartments are roomy, but there's no type of ventilation through out the apartment..3bd that is. We have no air conditioning, what so ever, IDK what company does the "chiller system" but if you don't like to be sticky from your own sweat and any due to irritating hot temperatures inside of your home, I suggest you look at other places. These apartments are old with lipstick to appear nice. My kitchen looks like it's about to cave in on the tenants underneath me my entire kitchen dips in. It... looks like the sink stove washing machine and fridge are all about to meet in the middle bcuz the floors are so damaged. And the ?? OMG, ugh I hate bugs and ugh I'm going freaking insane because they are coming from the chiller system, a non effective and cheap excuse for air conditioning, that runs thru my entire apartment,

Location is good, but nothing else is. Frequent water leaks require water to the entire property to be shut off (4 times just this month) for repairs , yet they charge extra for water per month.. The security gates often fail to close (the main entrance gate has been open for the past week). There are only 3 maintenance staff, although this is a large, 50-year-old property. Trash containers often overflow before being emptied, causing a problem on windy days. Heat to the property was turned off... in mid-April, after which there were many days when temperatures at night dropped into the 40s but no heat provided.

Hello Peter, Thank you for sharing your concerns. Unfortunately, in order to complete necessary repairs and maintain the plumbing system for all residents, water shut-offs are sometimes unavoidable. We understand this is frustrating and do our best... to keep disruptions as brief as possible. Regarding the security gate, we’ve reviewed the situation and confirmed that it is closing at night. Our maintenance team is working hard within the limitations they face, and we truly appreciate their efforts. In response to the trash concerns, we have increased pick-up to three times a week to help prevent overflow. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we continue working to improve the living experience for all residents

Very peaceful never have had any problems with my neighbors it close to everything I need stores, restaurants doctors, dentists all within walking distance !!!

This is a great place to live if you are going to live in an apartment. The staff is awesome the ladies in the office and the maintenance team are great ,any issues I have had are resolved in a professional and timely manner
