We love living here! We moved in here July/2025. It is very conveniently located to downtown, perfect for walking and date nights. Also love going bike riding down by the river. Beautiful apartments, friendly staff, clean facilities, amazing pool, gym, and clubhouse, and awesome neighbors. I haven’t met anyone here who isn’t kind. Also very pet friendly with a dog park is a plus! If you’re looking for downtown living, this is definitely the place!

Could be better but I liked it mostly
I live here currently. The negative reviews are true, management is not very responsive when you bring a formal complaint. I have called asking them to fix the elevator several times and I still have no idea when that will get done. I have also heard from neighbors that they have been robbed although I myself have not experienced this. I've been told it's primarily in the storage units and I do not own one. However, I rated this place a 4 star because it is very conveniently located. The... maintenance and cleaning staff are very kind and responsive. Any time I opened a ticket for an issue (sink clog, toilet, wasp nest on balcony) it was resolved immediately. I've been here for two years and it's not perfect but I have generally enjoyed the experience and the amenities. It is in a safe location, other than the theft which could be fixed if management would control the garage gate rather than letting it stay open for days on end. I lock my car and I have been happy.

Beware of Theft!
The location is great, and the units are decent, but beware: you will be robbed!
Theft is rampant, cars and storage units are frequently broken into. Management is well aware, but will take no meaningful steps to address the issue.

Very Bad Management
Terrible unethical management. They will make your life miserable. They will ignore your complaint or request to change or enforce a guidelines in the lease that is THEIR responsibility but they have no problem jumping on you for whatever they can as retaliation for the simplest complaint. How dare a resident being something to their attention! DO NOT sign a lease with Knightvest Management
