Used to be a pleased resident… no longer pleased I used to be very pleased with living here but I no longer am and will not be resigning my lease next year, after 3 years. The responsiveness of management has gone significantly downhill, as well as maintenance. I can think of four times in the past few months I’ve attempted to contact the office and no one answered the phones or responded to my messages I left. The one time someone answered they didn’t know the answer to my question, said they’d... get back to me with an answer, and never did. There is no follow through, which is incredibly upsetting. Management used to be very responsive and I felt that they truly cared. Now I feel that rent prices here are continuing to raise, yet the customer service is continuing to decline. You are nothing more than a person giving them money now. I used to highly recommend this complex to people moving to the area, and I will no longer be doing this.

We lived at Trinity District for three years. The location is great; easy walk to Sundance Square, Trinity Trails, and the winery. The pools are nice and clean. The apartments are a good size and a decent layout.
But our overall experience was very disappointing. The office staff are apathetic and not interested in making sure their residents are appreciated. If you contact the office with any concerns, you will be given lip service and nothing will change. During our time at District, we... experienced homeless people wandering in the building, going through trash in the trash chutes, using the restrooms in the main hallway, and sleeping in the clubhouse. They were able to enter the building due to the exterior doors not locking and being open to anyone. When we brought this concern to the office staff, we were told that the residents break the exterior doors. The fire alarms go off frequently for no apparent reason except to be told by office staff that people are burning their food. The gym equipment is outdated and frequently broken. The spin bikes are in disrepair and have been that way for over two years despite frequent requests for repair. The maintenance is fast to respond, but they are only able to “patch” the problem as Trinity/Knightvest do not seem to want to invest money in updating and fixing serious issues such as electrical and plumbing concerns.
There is serious noise from neighbors above you to the point you can hear conversations and someone using the restroom.
Additionally, there is a lack of communication from the office to residents. Many passive aggressive emails are sent to residents. Lastly, be aware that you will receive several erroneous move-out charges.
Overall, great location, but I wouldn’t recommend renting here.

Not impressed I’m currently writing this review at 7am on a Monday with the fire alarms going off in my apartment. And of course no fire. Everyone complains about the fire alarms going off frequently.
