Superb maintenance The personnel from maintenance department did a great job of taking care of all of my needs not just this time but the last couple of times that I called I can always count on this company taking care of me and my needs.

Mostly Excellent Honestly, living here is pretty awesome. The grounds are nice, maintenance is always professional and fast, and I love my apartment.
My main issue is having an Internet Service Provider foisted upon me that a) I was not consulted about, b) opted out of as soon as I could the last time I had them, and c) am going to be forced to pay for whether I like it/use it or not. I find this practice absolutely gross and lowers my overall opinion of Knightvest.

Loving the complex I have had no issues at all living here. I think the pricing of my apartment is very good. I have had no problems putting in work orders and receive quick assistance in the next day or so.
My neighbors have been quiet and I have had no issues with them.
My location at 2016 is beautiful and has easy access to the dumpsters and a nice view of the small wood nearby.
My one complaint I can think of in the passed year as been that I think this Spectrum upgrade has seemed a... little disorganized when it comes to time estimates, but I wouldn’t think that is the front offices’ fault.
Thank you for being excellent and I look forward to continue living here.

Amazing place to live
I love the attention to the property and clean environment. I really like the amenities and how quiet it is. Really enjoy the dog parks as well.
