Terrible experience When I first moved into St. Martin Apartments, everything was great. The office staff and maintenance team were friendly, professional, and responsive. Although the rent was at a premium, it felt worthwhile because of the quality of the community and the overall living experience.

Unfortunately, shortly after I renewed my lease, the property staff changed, and the experience went downhill very quickly. I had multiple rude and unprofessional encounters with the business… manager, Devon. At the same time, rental rates were significantly reduced, while the overall quality, safety, and atmosphere of the community seemed to decline.

Packages began being stolen, and when I asked management to send a community-wide email warning residents, I was told they could not do so. However, management apparently had no issue sending a mass email about a lost cat roaming the property. That response made it feel as though residents’ security concerns were not being taken seriously.

I was also charged for maintenance requests, which was especially frustrating given the premium rent. The final issue involved trying to pay an early lease-termination fee after my job provided the money and required a receipt. Instead of working with me to accept the payment and provide documentation, the process was made unnecessarily difficult.

This property started out as a place I genuinely enjoyed and felt was worth the cost. Sadly, the change in management completely changed my experience. Required Internet & Valet Trash Charges These two charges are over $100 a month!! And I HAVE to pay for BOTH, even if I don't use them. NOT a great selling point... more like a "driving people away" point.

Why not offer covered parking & dedicated parking places???? Use your brains!! I would HAPPILY pay for those two things. But, no. Who cares if we live in Texas with over 100° days, right? I've noticed the office people always park in the shade. I'd like the option to do the same, for heaven's… sake.

You never asked residents what they thought about the internet and/or valet trash charges (yeah, you're all about our satisfaction). But I'm sure it's making money for you, and that's what matters, right? You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Read More

Misty was my leasing agent and very informative and personable! This is my first apartment and I had fear of experiencing the unknown but I absolutely love my apartment. The community is quiet overall and clean. It’s only been a month but so far so good!

Process was very easy took about 5 minutes. I’m very happy here and wanted to stay.
