Overall I love the community. Very clean. Lots of parking in the gated garage. Few hiccups from office staff but nothing major. I was assured that my experience would be amazing.

Sydney did such a phenomenal job at executing my tour. She was kind, empathetic to my concerns and questions, and extremely knowledgeable. She made me so comfortable I probably could have skipped the rest of my tours for the day lol. I ended up signing and can’t wait to become a Modera resident.

Modera Garden Oaks is one of the safest properties I’ve ever stayed at. That’s important to myself and many of the other women I have spoken to here. Everyone from the residents and staff are so welcoming and friendly. It’s been a great experience thus far.
