The apartments have been updated and look really nice. The staff is really friendly. Great place to line in Plano.

I have had a very disappointing experience living here. At move in there were multiple issues with the apartment that should have been addressed before keys were handed over. I submitted maintenance requests and only about half of the issues were actually completed. The work that was done was extremely sloppy and rushed and did not feel professional or thorough.

On the administrative side communication has been frustrating and dismissive. I was promised a five hundred dollar gift card at move... in and it was not provided until months later which affected my finances. When I raised concerns about a late fee that resulted from a payment issue I was met with rigid responses and no willingness to investigate or escalate the issue.

I also find that the corporate office does not respond. I understand delegating back to the local team but it seems corporate is not very involved and almost wants nothing to do with resident relations.

I am sure this review will be met with an automated response or a passive-aggressive reply claiming I am “just an angry resident over a late fee” much like the emails I have received back in the past. Additionally I have walked in on a man I believe is the assistant manager multiple times speaking extremely rudely to residents. While my interactions are limited what I have witnessed is extremely telling about how this company views customer service.

It is also important to note that this property is not the luxury experience it claims to be. The photos are misleading and in reality it is merely okay.

Overall the lack of accountability poor maintenance quality unhelpful management response unresponsive corporate office and the behavior I have witnessed have made this a stressful experience. Hi Readers, I applied for rental in the community with Dorian leasing office and paid 150 $ for application fee in mid June with my move-in date in mid July. I landed in the US first time, so don't have SSN and rental history. They took around 30 days to confirm my application and asking for additional 500 $ as fisrt time rental fee. I argued with them that I have provided my I94 already and my offer letter for proof of income. Both the amount is NON-REFUNDABLE. I requested refund for my 150$... application fee as it makes no sense if they are asking for SSN within a week of landing in USA, and if no SSN then pay 500 $ more to move-in. Read More

The management people are really rude in their approach.
For any problem the guy does individual discussions ,which are nit friendly at all

The right way is to send an email ,if facing any issues with the residents however telling one person will not help.

That to be being extremely rude.

Building 7 has a lot of issues
Specially cockraches for which they did pest control like endless times however no success

Paying hefty amount & getting bad service for that is not acceptable.

Living at Tribeca has truly been a rewarding experience. The amenities, from the well-maintained facilities to the engaging events, have made it feel like a second home. I'm glad to call Tribeca my place of residence and I'd highly recommend Tribeca to anyone seeking a fantastic community experience.
